How to choose the best CPAP?
DH apnea has been diagnosed with sleep, and prescribed a CPAP. Any suggestions for choosing the best Machine? It looks like there are more options available online (etc.) than the local medical supply store available at.
My husband was with a CPAP machine for several years. At first he had the type, equipped a mask over the nose, but he found it uncomfortable, and now he has a full face mask used. I think you need something that you feel comfortable with how you use it for some time! Speaking as a "spouse decide" for something so little Noise as possible and make the tapes which are reliable. It's a bit like sleeping with Darth Vader and an alarm is triggered if the machine thinks he breathe no more (if the mask, for example, documents). Oh for a quiet night!
