sleep apnea breathing machine
Sleep …. please help?

I was recently diagnosed with apnea "heavy sleep." I do not snore, over and over yet in the night. I do not have asthma. The doctor said, was breathing very often stop me and wants me to sleep with a CPAP device. I am no more weight, and I'm healthy. However, I do have very large tonsils. I wonder first if it will help away. I actually think a consultation with a doctor neck in a few days, but I just wonder if it will help. Also, I initially went to the doctor because I'm getting a headache in the same place in my head EVERYDAY. Does anyone have a good explanation as to why is this so? Is it because of sleep apnea? It is also to prevent something that I can do, that sleep apnea?

Sleep apnea leads to headaches, and it is because your brain does not get enough oxygen while you sleep. Since you are not overweight, then it is possible that the tonsils caused the problem. Get it could help remove it unless it is another obstacle or defect, which is that is not visible. Of course, if you are real young, then it is possible that your tonsils can grow back, that happens a lot if they can remove the children. It might be something worth the while because apnea is not good. Since your apnea not caused by obesity, then there really is not anything you do to prevent apnea, other than the removal of the tonsils can. It occurs because the airways are blocked. Until you get up to a point where you are cured of sleep apnea, use the CPAP device, because if you only Let It Ride your headaches start getting worse, and you will start sometime, depressed, and it will be hard to focus on any of your tasks. Believe me I know from personal experience. The lack of oxygen to the brain when you sleep, and lack of rest from constantly waking up (even if you do not realize it) causes great implecations the everyday life in the long term.
