sleep apnea pills
Other than sleep apnea, what could someone who is tired all the time, they had to sleep as zero?

I am a woman in my late 30s Years, slightly overweight but not obese (5'5, 148 pounds). Current sleep test showed no sleep apnea but show that I woke up 30 + times (without knowing it) (even after the adoption of sleeping pills). Just stay in the SEM for 7 minutes. Any thoughts? Doctor suggested sleeping pills, but that obviously did not even work during testing of sleep. It's worse – I think I have become through the night, but awaken dormant until exhausted.

There are so many things that sleep disorders can cause. Stress is a major cause. If all tests are negative Blood Work etc come back, it could be stress. My doctor gave me Mertazapine. It worked good, but I was afraid of the possible side effects and addiction, so I searched for alternatives. What I found was two natural sleep aids. In the Name of a search engine to find out how they work. Melatonin and valerian root are both completely free of drugs and natural herbs. I take two , each of about 30 minutes sleep before going to bed and go within seconds to touch the pillow. One person alone can work for you or you may need to experiment a good combination to find the best work. I rested well through the night and wake up ready to go. The only downside is the valerian root. It has a very sharp odor / taste very similar to sour milk, but it works so well that I just ignore the smell / taste. They are both under drug and health stores, Walmart, but the cheapest is. Sweet dreams.
