Sleep …… any natural treatments in addition to the machine?

Wonder if it could be a natural treatment of sleep apnea with with the machine you are using a mask all night and it brings more internal pressure of the air bear, so you lungs fill up with air. My mother uses the machine, and she wants me to be tested for apnea, because I have some symptoms but I doubt I could wear something to get the whole night. Suggestions.
