Question about sleep apnea.?

I have moderate obstructive and central sleep apnea. My blood oxygen levels dropped to 60th on the study sofa I tried the CPAP machine for a few months and then abandoned. And I can not with that sleep dental device either. BTW I am tall and thin very, I would be medically underweight observed. I look forward to an impulse buy oxyimeter alert would wake me up when my oxygen gets too low, as less than 80 Do you think this would work? Where is a good place to buy one? Thanks.
