44 year old man, sudden death, unknown cause?
Current dx of UTI, just started, Cipro (antibiotic). Not in the Able to urinate for two days. spent the whole day in the heat of the day before he died. Passed away in his sleep. Had severe sleep apnea. They wonder whether he can be stopped pass long enough, or heat stroke can be fatal if breathing. He had congestive heart failure in contention for 2000, but it was under control and he seemed in good health.
it cannot of unknown cause (1) UTI are ……. can then lead to sepsis multiorgan failure (2) urinary retention for 2 days is tooooo much (3) all day the heat ….. lead to heatstroke, dehydration + (4) Sleep apnea syndrome is fatal in itself, this means that he is breathing for more than 15 seconds during sleep (5) heart failure have been saying for seven years, unfortunately, that no more …….. But all these are fatal risk factors may not be one of them is the only direct cause, but I am sure that all contributed to and caused his death
